A playbook for real social moments
Every interaction leaves an impression. This app is about how you present yourself so others feel comfortable, interested, and glad to be talking with you—introductions, listening, letting them finish, a short reset after a stumble, and a clean exit. Not performing. Not dominating. Opening people up.

Blind spots
Thinking and habits that quietly undercut the results you want—and what to do instead.

Tools
When a social moment is stuck in your head, dig until you can say the real issue simply — then act on one sentence.
Empathic listening — 4 levels
Reflection is not agreement. Hear them before you fix, defend, or advise. Understanding shows up when you can say their point accurately.
- Mimic — repeat a key word or phrase
- Rephrase content — say what happened in your words
- Reflect feeling — name the emotion
- Content + feeling — “You’re ___ because ___.”
Then: “Did I get that right?” — only after that, problem-solve.
Defining the root of the problem
This is a guided sequence of questions so they (or you) talk until the real problem is stated in plain words—not the surface problem you began with. Don’t stop at the first answer. Keep asking what’s underneath until you reach a root you can fix—and have them say it out loud.
